1. Reed’s DELLEKO RUSSIAN ROULETTE. Blue Merle of very pleasing shape, balanced in angulation with good markings. Splendid outline and length of back. Sound head patterns and lovely expression. Moved soundly.
2. Poile’s GOYTRE DREAM THE LEGACY AT CHERRIMAR. Black/white dog which moved well. Pleasant head, eye and expression. Would prefer a bit longer for his height, but this may alter as he matures.

1. Venn’s MIRAGE LUCAS. Very mature dog of 11 months. Excellent outline, head and expression. Well balanced angulation. Strong bone. Moved exceedingly well to take the class. Best Puppy Dog.
2. Johnson’s WYNMALLEN KEANE PLAYER. Although a little on the large side for me, he nevertheless displayed a good outline and balanced angulation. Nice bend of stifle, good length of back and well developed head for age. Moved well.

1. Fox’s ROSELEY FOREVER MORE. Upstanding dog with good, strong head pattern, pleasing eye colour, excellent expression and good strength of bone. Balanced angulation fore and aft enabled fluid movement.
2. Dutton & Edmonds’ BARMINCA HEDWIG FOR TAZAEOS. Blue dog with erect ears, giving a bright, enquiring expression. Head a pleasing shape. Nice bend of stifle and a good length of back allowing graceful movement.

1. Beaumont’s LOCHEIL TRAVELLIN’ SOUTH TO BORDERBEAU JW. Two year old in good coat showing lovely outline, pleasing head patterns, good ear carriage, eye colour and kind expression. Moved positively.
2. Allen’s MIRAJE TAZINDY WITH LATTONWOOD. Upstanding dog with strong head. Not quite the outline I was looking for. Moved well but lacked the conviction of 1.

1. Good & Lewis’s SHEMELLA BLACK ICE. Delightful, dark dog of 30 months. Really nice outline, lovely balance of angulation both standing and on the move, well proportioned head and delightful expression. Moved very well. Just lacking in coat and maturity in challenge. Reserve Best Dog.
2. Peacock’s ELEGANT STARGATE AT ARNPRIORS. A very pleasing dog with good shaped head, alert expression, balanced angulation and steady movement. I would personally prefer a little longer in back.

1. Venn’s MIRAJE YOU GO BOSS. Dog of excellent size and overall proportions. Beautiful head, eye colour and shape, delightful expression. Balanced front and rear angulation enabled smooth ground covering action. Best Dog and Best in Show.
2. Fox’s MIRAJE RUPERT BEAR. Another good size dog with lovely strong head and very good expression. Pleasing eye colour. Moved very well but was unfortunate to come up against 1.

1. Mockford’s SNOWMERE TARN JW. Tri dog of 8 years showing a bright, enquiring expression, balanced angulation and outline, excellent bend of stifle. Moved exceptionally well. Best Veteran and Best Special Working.
2. Skipper’s BORDERTOWN PRINCE OF DIMONZ. Another very nice dog denying his age, good strong head, charming expression, well boned but could not compete with the energy of 1.

1. Bridgeman’s LOCHEIL SHEER DELIGHT AT TARRYNDEN. Very nice young lady showing substance, a satisfying outline and excellent head patterns. Eye shape and colour as required giving a pleasing expression. Moved purposefully and with some style.
2. Carley’s GOYTRE TIA’S LEGACY OF DREAMS AT JUPAVIA. Again a pleasant girl with good head proportions and agreeable outline. Good head and expression both, moved well but would prefer her to move a little more freely.

1. Beaumont’s FIRST TO FINISH AT BORDERBEAU. Yet another bitch of excellent quality, who took this class with her maturity of coat, beautiful outline, good fore and aft angulation, lovely shaped dark eye. Moved with an experience beyond her age.
2. Gregory’s TONKORY GOODNESS GRACIOUS. Pleasing bitch of good substance, eye shape and colour as required, delightful head proportions. Balanced angulation front and rear enabled ground covering movement.

1. Bridgeman’s TARRYNDEN GENEVIEVE JW. A beautiful head and expression coupled with a soundness of movement enabled this very pleasing bitch to take this class. A good level topline and balanced angulation completed the picture.
2. Tasker & Carley’s GOYTRE IMAGE OF PARADISE AT JUPAVIA. Substantial bitch at the top of my size range but showing a lovely head and expression, good bone and balance of angulation. Moved with steadiness and purpose.

1. Harvey’s SHELTYSHAM SAMPANE SODA. A bitch I have often seen from ringside and she did not disappoint. Very good head, eye shape and colour, lovely length of back, excellent outline. I am sure she would have gone further with a touch more control, but she still moved very well indeed. Best Bitch and Reserve Best in Show.
2. Grimes’s LOCHEIL MEANT TO BE AT TARRYNDEN. Likeable bitch with good outline. Erect ears, good shaped eye of pleasant colour combining to give a lovely expression. Good head patterns. Moved correctly.

1. Beaumont’s SH CH TONKORY YORUBA OF BORDERBEAU JW. Another thoroughly attractive girl with a delightful expression, fabulous outline, good bend of stifle and super bone. Her front assembly and positive movement decided the class in her favour.
2. Gillespie’s DETANIA MY LADY MARGARETTA. A good quality bitch overall with required eye colour and shape giving her a great expression. Good bone and balanced angulation giving respectable movement.

1. Venn’s SH CH MADELEYS MOMENTS IN TIME AT MIRAJE. An excellent bitch of super quality. Wonderful outline, lovely bend of stifle, well balanced angulation allowing free, flowing movement. A little short in muzzle for me. Reserve Best Bitch.
2. Beaumont’s SHELTYSHAM SPECIAL CHOICE AT BORDERBEAU. This quality bitch was unlucky to meet winner as she also shows some very desirable features. Lovely outline, splendid expression, good bone and very acceptable bend of stifle. Moved well.
